疾影 VeloFetch 隐私政策
本政策适用于 Chrome Web Store 发布的疾影 VeloFetch 浏览器扩展（以下简称“扩展”）。扩展用于识别网页加载的媒体资源，并在用户主动选择后将资源下载到本地，同时展示下载任务状态。
处理的信息
为了提供上述功能，扩展会在用户设备本地处理：
- 当前页面地址，以及页面请求的媒体资源地址；
- 用于识别媒体的响应元数据，例如内容类型和内容长度；
- 用户主动输入的媒体地址；
- 下载任务信息，例如文件名、下载进度、速度、状态和错误信息。
扩展不会读取或存储密码、表单内容、支付信息、私人通信或身份验证凭据。
信息的使用方式
上述信息仅用于检测和展示可下载的媒体资源、执行用户主动发起的下载，以及显示下载进度。扩展不会将这些信息用于广告、用户画像、信用评估或与核心功能无关的用途。
本地存储与保留期限
检测到的媒体资源和下载任务信息保存在 Chrome 提供的浏览器本地或会话存储中。标签页关联的会话数据会在相应标签页关闭后删除；下载任务记录保留在本地，直到用户在扩展中清理记录或卸载扩展。下载产生的临时媒体文件保存在浏览器私有临时存储中，并在下载完成、取消或失败后清理。
数据传输与共享
扩展没有开发者运营的数据收集服务器，不会把浏览记录、媒体地址或下载记录发送给开发者，也不会出售或共享用户数据。用户选择下载后，扩展会直接向该媒体资源所在的网站发起网络请求；该网站会按照其自身隐私政策处理正常网络请求所携带的信息。
远程代码
扩展不加载或执行远程代码。所有可执行代码均包含在 Chrome Web Store 提交的软件包中。通过网络获取的媒体内容仅作为用户选择的下载数据处理，不会作为代码执行。
Chrome Web Store 有限使用要求
对从 Chrome API 获得的信息的使用将遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括有限使用要求。
政策变更
如果扩展的数据处理方式发生变化，本政策将同步更新，并修改页面顶部的生效日期。涉及重要变化时，将按照适用政策向用户提供必要说明。

VeloFetch Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VeloFetch browser extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store. The extension identifies media resources loaded by webpages, downloads a resource only after the user selects it, and displays download status.
Information processed
To provide these features, the extension processes the following information locally on the user's device:
- The current page URL and media resource URLs requested by the page;
- Response metadata used to identify media, such as content type and content length;
- Media URLs entered by the user; and
- Download task information, such as filenames, progress, speed, status, and errors.
The extension does not read or store passwords, form contents, payment information, private communications, or authentication credentials.
How information is used
This information is used only to identify and display downloadable media resources, perform downloads initiated by the user, and show download progress. It is not used for advertising, profiling, credit assessment, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core functionality.
Local storage and retention
Detected media resources and download tasks are stored in Chrome's local or session storage. Tab-related session data is removed after the associated tab closes. Download task records remain locally until the user clears them or uninstalls the extension. Temporary media files created during downloads are kept in private browser storage and removed after completion, cancellation, or failure.
Data transmission and sharing
The extension has no developer-operated data collection server. It does not send browsing history, media URLs, or download records to the developer, and it does not sell or share user data. When the user selects a resource, the extension connects directly to the website hosting that resource. That website processes ordinary request information under its own privacy policy.
Remote code
The extension does not load or execute remote code. All executable code is included in the package submitted to the Chrome Web Store. Network media is handled only as user-selected download data and is never executed as code.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If the extension's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will be revised. Material changes will be disclosed as required by applicable policies.
